It's a bit of a cliche, however we believe it to be true, "any feedback is good feedback", whether good or bad. If we have done something which is particularly pleasing, apart from making us feel good, it tells us that what we are doing is appreciated and we will know to continue along those lines. Likewise, if there is something which you feel hasn't met your expectations we want to address this and put things right.
